New York State Police Investigator, Todd Williams, is on a mission to find the killer of a family of five at Chautauqua Lake by first solving the strange missing person case of Doctor Feingold, a staff doctor at a bleak mental institution in Elmira, New York. The reader will travel from a remote hunting camp to Heaven, a downtown nightclub vibrating to pounding disco music. A deep, dark woods, forever cast in shadows, hides grisly secrets to the unfolding mystery.
