The twelfth episode of Writers of the Watershed featuring Greg Clary
Greg Clary is a writer and photographer from Sligo who draws his inspiration directly from the people and places in both Northwestern PA and at his cabin in West Virginia. Greg has been published in Looking at Appalachia, The Sun, the West Virginia Breeding Atlas of Birds and the Fall, Winter and upcoming Spring Edition of The Watershed Journal. He was our featured photographer for the Fall Edition, capturing the cover with a stunning photograph of a bald eagle. In this episode, Greg talks about finding the right mediums for his creative interests, how a sense of place influences his work, and reveals what makes him stop to pick up his camera, or his pen.
In our continuing mission to promote regional writers, photographers and storytellers, we are introducing yet another way for our followers and supporters to get to know the incredibly talented people who make The Watershed Journal possible. In these episodes, our writers will talk about the inspiration and methods behind their work.
