Kathy Myers is a historian who is particularly interested in family and local history. Kathy’s work is based on her research and her personal experiences. She has been published in the Mayflower Quarterly, the Jeffersonian Journal and The Watershed Journal. In this episode, Kathy talks about what inspires her writing and some of the resources that she uses to learn more about the people and places of the past.

In our continuing mission to promote regional writers, photographers and storytellers, we are introducing yet another way for our followers and supporters to get to know the incredibly talented people who make The Watershed Journal possible. In these episodes, our writers will talk about the inspiration and methods behind their work.
