Local writer Debbie Allen is interviewed by Jess Weible
Debbie Allen is a writer and editor with over 35 years of experience. Debbie has done everything from book editing, journalism, technical writing and editing, as well as educational publishing. In this episode, Debbie talks about the inspiration behind her four ekphrastic poems in the recent Winter edition of The Watershed Journal. She touches on topics like rhyme and meter in poetry, how her background in editing influences her writing process, and who some of her favorite poets are.
