All are welcome to join TWJ Workshops
The Watershed Journal presents Workshops four times a year. We believe in the power of storytelling, in both visual and written forms, as a way to transcend our perceived differences and inspire one another. These sessions are offered in order to grow our local storytelling community.
If you are considering submitting to our magazine, feel free bring your piece and receive input and encouragement.
Informative, interactive workshop sessions
At our Workshops, we offer a choice of four 30-minute sessions, held two at a time, and end with a chance to share your work (and put what you’ve learned into practice) in a peer review.
Our local presenters are knowledgeable and come with experience to share. We are lucky to have so many talented people who choose to make their home in our area.
Each Workshop offers a mix of theoretical and practical sessions to fit a variety of interest. If you are new to writing, or are returning to it again, you will find the subject matter accessible and hopefully walk away with some new tools in your belt. If you are a prolific writer already, we hope you find intrigue and nuance and walk away with renewed passion.
Join us at our next Workshop: Sunday, September 1, 2019, at Fusion Cafe in Brookville.
